We are sure you will love your Jolly Brown items but we understand that you may need to return an item and in order to arrange this, please contact us using the contact form or call us on 01462 434292, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just to let you know, we do sell some items which are Non-Refundable these are all Sale Items, Pierced Jewellery, Underwear, Socks, Tights and Swimwear. Please check before you purchase if you have any queries, as we do not issue refunds or exchanges for these items.
The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unwashed with any tags or branding intact and be returned in the original packaging. For fragile items please ensure they are securely packaged before returning. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned not in this condition. All of our vintage items are lovingly washed, cared for and if needed, fixed before they leave us and any faults will be listed in the item’s description. Please do not wash any vintage item if you intend to return it as we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
When returning any item(s) we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the costs or returning goods.
You can return goods bought ONLINE through the web shop for any reason and at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and that the goods are received by us in the same condition they were in when they left us. Please note that if returning an item to the Hitchin store we will only be able to refund you via the online site, not directly in person. It is vital you contact us first to arrange this as it may cause a delay if you do not.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s)
We can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
